Personnel Committee:
The purpose of the Personnel Committee is to serve as a liaison between the
Session and all members of the church staff.

Committee Duties:

To coordinate the evaluation of paid staff members on an annual basis.

To coordinate the completion of covenants between the Session and the paid staff members; to recommend to the Session any changes in salary, benefits, or other terms of the covenant.

To assist in the resolution of issues or concerns.

To advertise, interview, and recommend to the Session individuals to fill vacant positions.
