Four administrative offices, more accessible to new front entrance

OUR FINANCIAL NEEDS
Since June of 2005, the Building & Capital Campaign Committee has been “campaigning” to raise pledges for Phase One of our church’s expansion. God has blessed us with phenomenal results! 64% of our members have pledged $1,407,704 toward the $1.65 million expansion. These are 5 year pledges that will be complete by 2009 or 2012, depending on when the pledge was made.
Our capital needs include two items.
We need additional pledges totaling $242,296 to reach the $1.65 million goal. If you would like to make a new pledge or renew or extend your current pledge, please print and submit the pledge card shown below to the Building Fund Treasurer.

We need to pay interest costs on the loan while we collect the 5 year pledges. In order to minimize the interest costs of this project and to reduce our principal loan balance as fast as possible, Session has approved adding a line item to the operating budget for the payment of interest costs on the building loan. This means that monies pledged toward the building fund will be used to reduce the principal balance on the loan, while interest will be paid by monies pledged to the operating fund. This approach benefits our entire congregation by keeping the interest costs at a minimum and reducing the principal balance faster than any other option.
